My role involves supporting distribution activities for AstraZeneca's Clinical Supply Chain. Day to day activities include monitoring shipment performance, attending Tier meetings, managing project activities and liaising with external distributing vendors.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I really enjoy my programme. The work is interesting and exciting, and I feel like I am given responsibility but also provided with guidance. I am in a friendly and supportive team.

The programme is well organised with the study dates published well in advanced. All lectures and assignments follow a structured format and the communciation of any information is clear.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

I am very well supported by my employer. I have regular meetings with my manager. At the beginning of each year I am supported in creating targets for my role and these are regularly reviewed. There are numerous employee support groups too.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

Regular support is available from my training provider. There are drop in sessions and a learning team that I am able to ask for guidance on academic writing or referencing.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
