I really enjoy the way that the apprenticeship is whatever you want it to be : you get out what you put in. I also enjoy the challenges that help me grow and improve.

The structure is well organised but is also flexible enough that it can be tailored to each apprentice. This helps you make the most of your time here.

How much support do you receive from your employer?

I receive great support whenever I ask for it or need clarification. There is also a specific team dedicated to training and support which can help immensely.

How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

I receive the necessary support and I am always invited to ask questions or to ask for more support. This is very helpful and makes the learning aspect less daunting.

How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

The qualification, specifically, made me more aware of the importance of effective communication and how that can help in the work place. There are always some useful takeaways from every session.

Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

There are many social events to get involved with and apprentice specific socials as well which are always enjoyable. I try to get involved whenever I have the time!
