To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I find it challenging and enjoy it for this reason, the content is interesting and the people are even better!

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I have learnt so much since my time in the programme, my overall business confidence has grown and I am skilled within adobe suite, coding, motion design, figma and many more

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?

Work provides me as much time off for study and supports me fully with my assignments and projects. The university side is slightly overwhelming, with over 6 assignments each year, alongside an ongoing portfolio and additional epa requirements.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

My employer supports me fully. I am very lucky to have a great mentor in my manager and an enthusiastic and supportive team.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

My tutors are on hand if I need them and we have quarterly catch ups with our skills coach
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

It has given me more confidence in presenting my ideas and giving design reasoning behind them. I have been exposed to new softwares and systems that I have been able to feed back into my team.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

Some of my closest friends have been made through the apprenticeship cohort, I attend staff parties and networking opportunities where possible and head the social committee on my team, managing our monthly events.

What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Christie's?
To do their research about the company and the role, be confident in your abilities but also don’t shy away from the fact you still have learning to do and are enthusiastic to do so, and most importantly be yourself.
