Overview of Role
Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

My day to day role consisted of aiding employees who are having difficulties accessing or completing act ivies on our workday system. Also data analysis between our different systems outlook and workday to make sure data is accurate and consistent
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I thoroughly enjoyed the program and found it super valuable to be able to learn on the job as everyday would allow me to consolidate my skills and learn new experiences
Skills Development
Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I learnt many different skills during my time as the HRIS apprentice. From excel skills to communicating with key stakeholders and presenting new data changes. I built on my communication skills and writing skills.
Structure and Support
How well organised/structured is your programme?

The program is very well structured from the time I joined to when I completed. When I joined I had the previous years apprentice there to support me for my first few months and at the end I was able to work with the new apprentice and showcase and share the skills I learnt
How much support do you receive from your employer?

My employer is super supportive of all aspects from my journey within and outside of the business. The recruitment team are super easy to reach out to and always there to help
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

BPP is a great provider and both the data coaches and lectures are very helpful when it comes to the learning content and exam preparation. They ensured to meet with me on a monthly basic to help me stay on top of course work and portfolio writing
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

My data technician course fits in hand in hand with the HRIS role and all the skills I learn are adaptable to both by current role and different parts of the business
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

Christie's are very keen on staying social and always have monthly evening events were employees get to meet each other and get to speak with colleagues they don't work with.

Why?
It is the best opportunity and I would do it again in a heartbeat. All the people in the business both peers and providers and clients are super welcoming and the experience is truly rewarding
