Solving Problems, Meetings discussing projects, problems and future.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
5/5
The program is very challenging but worth it, personally I find the challenge exciting and interesting

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
5/5
Yes, I've learnt a lot of things about cyber and software and have developed my skills in communication, team work and problem solving.

How well organised/structured is your programme?
3/5
Though we had some issues at the beginning with our program structure they've been ironed out and things seem a lot more straightforward now.
How much support do you receive from your employer?
4/5
I receive alot of support from my employer. The work environment is very friendly and so I feel like I can come to anyone for help, and outside of that I have designated coaches and managers for almost everything.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
1/5
The university has been very disorganized and difficult to get in contact with.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
2/5
I feel like the qualification has its uses and definitely deserves some merit but i would say 90% of my learning has come from stuff i've learnt on the job.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
4/5
There are a lot of extra curricular to get involved in, lots of charity events and my coworkers are very sociable so theres usually something to do.
