I design, develop, and maintain frontend interfaces and backend systems alongside my scrum team. As well as automating build, test, and deployment processes through CI/CD pipelines.

i love it, every day is different and i am constantly learning

yes i developed my c# skills, learned how to use git and gitlab, how to use ci/cd pipelines, how to create razor pages, design and create my own applications

my mentors and colleagues around me are very supportive and there is a clear structure of the program i am learning
How much support do you receive from your employer?

i receive as much support as i want, i have weekly mentor meetings with a senior developer where we catch up on what ive been doing and what i can do to improve, as well as other developers always reaching out whenever they can.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

they support me when i am writing up my coursework portfolio and provide me with training if i ask

being qualified definitely helps and being given 20% of my time to learn whatever i want is very helpful in shaping me to become the developer i aspire to be

there is a football group that plays on wednesdays but i usually play videogames with some of the other developers after work
