Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

I support the children on a day-to-day basis, maths and writing support throughout the day, different activities for different abilities. Knowing the children's abilities and knowing how to support them in the correct manner.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I enjoyed the programme as I was offered the support I very much needed, starting at a school I did not enjoy i did not enjoy it there and it was very tough experience but joining my new school now i have fit in and found such a comforting environment with caring people around me encouraging me to enjoy the programme even more.
Skills Development
Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I have learnt skills of communication for example with the class teacher on the progress of the children and knowing different strategies to help aid the children as well, learning different ways in which a child will learn and what helps them to succeed.
Structure and Support
How well organised/structured is your programme?

It is very organised, knowing the deadlines that need to be met and different meetings to attend to, it is all there to aid your learning. Knowing the structure of the day and what will be done in that time frame.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

The first school I attended I did not receive support, but the school I'm in now is the most supportive environment I have ever encountered in all areas,.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

I received so much support both physically and mentally by my training provider, she was always there and always answered and supported me if there was any issues.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

I believe it has helped me as without the information I would not know the knowledge i do not without this course and know how to use it in practice.

Why?
They are such a nuturing provider and will support you within your work and be there for support whenevr it is needed, they do not make you feel silly for asking adn instead to get you into the right direction of where you need to be, judgement free.
