To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I enjoyed completing the apprenticeship and felt the process of changing my training provider was smooth and supportive. I enjoyed the mix of completing workbooks and creating my own presentations and documents too.
The booking of sessions was a bit messy as sessions were booked without me confirming and went as ‘Learner did not attend’ however I was on pre-booked annual leave at this time which had been booked since I started my employment.

How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

With completing my work and getting evidence I found the support good. I appreciated the support through my end point assessment and being able to run through my PowerPoint presentation. Gaps in knowledge that were identified a few days prior to my end-point assessment, however, I felt were the area that I lacked support receiving from Juniper as it was workbooks I was given to read.
