I am part of train presentation team and we are cleaning and disinfecting our trains

To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I really wanted to do this apprenticeship and now when I'm already doing it is so satisfying. I'm learning new skills and I'm expecting to have very good knowledge about team leader job at the end

Yes, I've learned how to be a good team player and I'm learning every day about people's behaviour, habits and relationships. I've learned how to prioritise my work and how to do it better

As a beginning I think it's good, but ones we start workshops I expect to even better

My employer is very supportive and ready to help with feature projects

They are all very supportive. Happy to help with all issues, questions and they organised quickly few feature meetings already

My role is quite simple,
but my apprenticeship will help me to progres and perform better in a feature
