My Role is Passenger Host I was not able to find transport as a job option. I go on trains and check for ticket issues and offer customer service as well and issue penalty fares and MG's. We also go to revenue excises at different stations.

To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I have only just started but so far it has been very good and my mentor from learnmore is great

I have only just started so have not had an opportunity to use much from the course yet but I'm sure it will be a positive and there will be things I can use within my job role
