Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

My main role is working with SEN. My day to day responsibilities are to ensure I am able to meet each individual child's needs and to be able to meet tatget work, I effectively help towards planning and setting out motivational activities for the children to enjoy and explore.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I enjoy my job thay I am in but my overall experience with the programme could been a better experience.

Why?
I understand that covid did not help during my time on the course especially when I first started, but I feel the communication and support could have been alot better than I received. I have met some lovely people along the way.
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Juniper Training Limited?
To make sure any work you hand in is backed up, so that when work is lost you can retrieve it and you do not feel like it is your fault or that all your hard work goes unnoticed.
