I was an audit associate which involved performing audit procedures over company's financial data to ensure they were a fair representation.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I really enjoyed the experience, I found it to be a great opportunity and met lots of amazing people.

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

Yes, I've learned a lot of new technical audit skills but also I have had the chance to develop my digital skills on excel and my interpersonal skills with people.

I thought it was very well organised and there was a lot of support readily available due to it's structure
How much support do you receive from your employer?

We receive lots of support from being assigned a buddy who is a couple of years ahead of us in the programme to a designated career coach who is a more senior member of the firm available to answer any questions we have and provide support in our career development
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

I feel it forms the base of our technical knowledge so that we have a better understanding of why we do what we do and it helps us identify where something isn't done right.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

Yes, there are lots of social events that happen on a small scale with your team or on a larger scale with most of the office. There are also networking and training events as well as sports teams to get involved with.
