I have enjoyed my apprenticeship as i have gained so much experience and learnt lots of new things.

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I have learnt many new skills such as answering the phones, learning how to deal with candidates and learning how to give bad news to candidates.
