Day to day is mostly spent in class rooms learning, if not we are in the workshop practicing practical aspects.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I enjoy my programme but feel a lot of pressure over exams, occasionally this can be very overwhelming.

I have learnt a lot of new practical skills and bettered any i previously had.

The programme is very well structured. But communication on ow it is organised could be a little better.

I receive quite a lot of support from staff and tutors with lessons and practical.

We receive a lot of support from staff when working toward exams. They help with any questions and also help trying to build your confidence when worried.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

Without the course of the apprenticeship i wouldnt be able to complete the role of an aircraft technician.

It is a very interesting job and tutors are very supportive on helping you achieve.
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to BAE Systems?
Make sure you research as much as you can to prepare for life at BAE. Also learn the best revision technique for you as the first year is very exam based.
