· Support the administration of Business Graduate and Apprentice recruitment activities, ensuring an efficient and effective service to all involved in the hiring process.
· Management of the Early Careers inbox and responding to queries.
· Schedule and assist with recruitment events.
· Co-ordinate candidate assessment centres, including sending invites, booking rooms, and assisting on the day.

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I have learned more skills on Microsoft and I am now more proficient in regards to using Microsoft. I have also developed more confidence in regards to talking on external and internal calls.

The structure supports my studies very well , I do my study on the same days as my webinars and this works very well for me.

My line manager supports me very well , whenever I have reached out for help I have always received it.

Every time I have emailed my training provider in regards to work , they have always responded very quickly so i would say the support is very good.
