I enjoyed the process of learning new skills within my company however the apprenticeship provider part of the programme felt tick boxy and i didn't learn a lot form the provider themselves

3/5
During and since leaving the apprenticeship I have learned a lot of new skills, engineering is constantly changing and therefore you are constantly learning

3/5
the structure was good, it was clear what my objectives were and what the KSBs i had to hit to pass the apprenticeship were, there was a lot of checkpoints to ensure i made deadlines

5/5
A lot, i would say 95% of my learning came from my employer
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
2/5
The support was there in terms of objectives and what we needed to achieve, i had check ins with my mentor who was able to check my progress and call out any issues if applicable, the training however was either a little too complex or too high level, most of my knowledge i received from my employer

I dont really think the provider side done a lot for me performing in my role apart from help me understand engineering basics
