Overview of Role

Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
4/5
Web development of company systems, this could be contributing to larger systems or creating a new system entirely.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
4/5
I have enjoyed the freedom I have had to approach problems at a speed and manner in which I believe will be most beneficial. I have also been funded to pursue my own avenues of digital innovation within the company.

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
4/5
Definitely, the majority of what i've learnt has come from Arup with the university experience paling in comparison

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?
3/5
The university program is fine but UWL is very hit and miss when it comes to lecturers, content management and communication. Content can be very old and not updated to modern standards. The work front has been great
How much support do you receive from your employer?
5/5
More than enough
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
2/5
Not enough, getting in touch with people often requires hunting them down.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
2/5
Marginally, the majority of my learning has come from the job itself.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
4/5
Plenty.
