I manage 3 orderbooks, raise orders and clean work queues, speak to suppliers over email and sometimes face to face and add files into a team sharepoint
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

i really enjoy the programme its a very good insight into the business and allows me to learn multiple roles within one programme

yes i have learnt many core values such as integrity and teamwork along with many more, i have also learnt about the weight these hold and how much they can improve you as a person and worker

i have lots of support from multiple different avenues for example my skills coaches and also managers and others around the business

What tips or advice would you give to others applying to BAE Systems?
be honest and be yourself i aslo recommend being persistent as there is always the chance to apply multiple times if your first time is unsuccesful
