What advice would you give to others applying to L'Oreal
Be authentically yourself, they match your brand based on your personality so it is important to show who you really are so you get placed on a brand/department which suits you best so you can make the most of your year. Always put ideas out there and feel confident to share your ideas with the team, it is a very accepting environment where everyone's opinion is respected
