Responding to complex customer queries from across the business. Responsible for investigating, assessing and resolving high profile complaints and follow up of sensitive complaints with Operations, Franchisees and support departments.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

It has been difficult as I lost a lot of time studying, preparing and attending virtual classroom sessions for Maths and English - only to learn that I no longer have to take it. As such I am behind and trying to catch up.
