operating machinery, stripping and rebuilding change parts on a changeover. making sure data is accurate. working within GMP guidelines. adhering to HSE guidelines

the education felt harder than what was needed to fulfil this job role as well as the education provider being fairly poor

yes, due to having little to no knowledge of what I was coming in to i have be given the opportunity to learn new skills every day

everything felt like it was all over the place and meetings were left until last minute with failry little communication

when required my employer helped the most giving me time off line to complete my studies to help complete my apprenticeship

only certain teachers wanted to help out some made it feel like you couldn't speak to them without them questioning your work rate and ability to listen

I have a lot better understanding of my health and safety rules and other legislations and why we do it however my course didn't cover much else that I use day to day

great place to work with friendly staff, if you show willing to get involved and learn you will benefit from being at AZ, any help you need for your apprenticeship they will do there upmost to help.
