Taking calls from bereavement customers and clients (family members, friends and law companies). Assisting all levels of the bereavement journey close down personal accounts, and business accounts.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I am thrilled to bits with my employment status and the prospects I have in front of me. I couldn't be happier.
