Overview of Role

Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

organising a team and tasks to get completed in week. Chairing meetings/reviews and updating dataports
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
5/5
It was the best decision I made for me and look forward to my future opportunities

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
5/5
I have developed all of my META-Skills and my leadership/teamworking skills in my role

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?
5/5
My programme is in its 6th year and is evidently well run, schedules are well defined and support systems are in place for me
How much support do you receive from your employer?
5/5
we have many areas of support at BAE, early careers and the project management function are the two most involved and easy to reach but there are a host of other areas should you require them
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
1/5
minimal, out with the week long training/lecture week our provider doesn't tend to reach out/support
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
4/5
gaining the PMQ will aid me in my future progression and enable opportunities for development, the qualification ties in very well with my day to day role and job expectations
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
4/5
there are conferencing events, family days and team building days - i haven't put a lot of effort into finding any others yet
