I enjoy the programme but I feel it could be better in some areas, however not everything can be perfect.

How well organised/structured is your programme?

Its not wonderfully organised, there are a lot of issues such as not having a correct support from programme leads as the support leads have changed 5 times in the last 2 years.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

They provide a day off a week to complete the uni work and check in with me but not everyone gets that
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

They provide support like we are normal students however, there is sometimes a lack of understanding that we do not just work till 5 sometimes
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

Not much as I do a degree that is a mix of IT and business but I am mainly in a Ops role so its difficult to relate some things
