3/5 - Skills Development
3/5 - Structure and Support

Overview of Role

Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
4/5
being first point of contact for clients. dealing with all their questions and quires, dealing with excesses, customer due diligence, day to day banking issues and also visiting them for client visits to generate business
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
3/5
i enjoy the job but the programme is more demanding and intense then i thought. i already have a degree so underestimated the effort required to do it again

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
3/5
not really learnt any as i have been in the bank for a number of years. done things a haven't done in a while

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?
3/5
How much support do you receive from your employer?
3/5
the support is their but the job comes first. finding it challenging to have a work life balance
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
3/5
the support is very good. they held the webinars well and follow up calls. only one webinar was not the greatest but the rest have been decent
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
3/5
Its a qualification but I do not see the correlation with the job. I am in a role that can be performed without the qualification like so many staff in the role came straight in without the programme. Then after the programme finishes I still have to do the relevant lending qualification which I could do right now
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
3/5
yes and i have actively taken part in as many as i can
