working on our apprentice coursework, liasing with our teams and monitoring the help desk mailbox and incidents

it has been a good programme so far and the content is interesting

i carried out a python course recently on a 10 days course which has given me new skills

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?

it has had something teething problems due to the fact that we are the first year to undertake the bootcamp element, but the modules seem more spaced out now which is good. i am hoping they will set up their fortnightly drop in sessions again for anyone that has any questions
How much support do you receive from your employer?

i receive full support from my employer and my manager has been fantastic checking in on me and giving me control of my diary to ensure I can focus on my QA work
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

i have had 2 reviews so far with my DLC which has been good, and have the next one booked for a month's time. I am able to contact him via email which is good if i have any questions,
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

the course has been relevant to my job role and i believe it will enhance my skills once the course is complete
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

there are a few i could get involved in but due to family commitments i am unable to join in on most of these

To definitely go for it as you will not regret it. You don't need to necessarily have a lot of experience, but the attitude to work hard and as part of a team and always try your best
