To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I very much enjoy the program. It is definitely challenging but gives me the knowledge that if I can do this then I will be able to work in other workplaces as well as giving invaluable experience which will bode well for my working future.

The rotations are fairly organised. Sometimes the events are not properly organised and it can be quite chaotic however the team are very o[en to constructive criticism.

3/5
Lots of support;
- University coach
- Apprentice manager
- Rotation manager
- Apprentice buddy who has previously been in our position
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
3/5
There are some improvements to be made with the training provider but they do give weekly office hours as well as answering emails that are sent out of class.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
4/5
Within the role it is not so important but in the grand scheme having a degree is extremely important so it most certainly pays of and is worth the time.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
3/5
Not so much for me but I occasionally do volunteering in the office.
