My role is an audit associate. I help with the testing process of audits at PwC.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
5/5
The programme is full on - requiring commitment and lots of hours. It has however been extremely beneficial for my career progression and is a lovely place to work with a friendly social atmosphere.

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

Yes - I have learnt professional interaction skills, technical accounting knowledge and leadership/coaching skills

How well organised/structured is your programme?

The PwC component is well structure but the university side is not.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

A lot of support - there are endless people and resources to ensure that everyone is supported on the job.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

Neither amazing nor bad - it was the first year of the programme at Manchester meaning that the university were still in the teething phase of the course.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

It has providing me with the technical knowledge needed to produce quality work on my jobs.
