My daily tasks as a HR apprentice would include the following: Full End to end recruitment of Retail, including creating job specs, to then interviews and then from this the onboarding of the colleague into the business.

100%, i would say while i was completing my HR apprenticeship, i have seen in myself how much confidence i have gained while completing the qualification

Very well organised i would say throughout the programme, my employers and Lifetime have been with me every step of the way, offering the best support

More than i could every ask for, every step of the way they where there whenever a needed support!
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

I revived amazing support from my training provider, from weekly catch up meeting to even emails out of the blue to check on how i was getting on.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

I think the curriculum of the qualification was perfect for me, giving me an extra support for my role, as during my apprenticeship i have learned so much that i have even implemented parts into my role

Yes, as a team we really are a great unit, not only in work but outside of work we often get together outside of work.
