Overview of Role

Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
3/5
Regulatory analysis, stakeholder management, gap analysis, process mapping, impact analysis, requirements management
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
4/5
I felt the programme was very interactive and the coach I had at Multiverse really encouraged the apprentices to contribute in a natural way. I felt feedback was effective and had the support required for both apprenticeship and BAU work

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
3/5
gap analysis, process modelling, requirements management

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?
3/5
The schedule of the program was well established, any mandatory sessions were booked in the diary well in advance (months prior, so no surprises). The only real point I can think of that did not meet expectations is post-gateway communication, as I had to reach out myself to find out grades etc.
How much support do you receive from your employer?
4/5
All managers and senior leaders were very helpful and offered as much support as possible (i.e., bringing me into projects where I may have had no exposure to previous, offering of mock interviews)
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
4/5
A great level of support. My coach at Multiverse scheduled twice-weekly drop in sessions post-gateway, and reached out to people who may have not attended any. I found these really helpful
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
4/5
I think it's useful to have a wide range of techniques to use in certain circumstances. For example, process modelling helps with more than just processes, as it's a tool that can be effective when explaining something complex. Likewise, requirements management can be easily translated into my role for regulatory analysis
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
3/5
There are many events weekly at the Glasgow campus
