My role involves getting customers into work as an end goal which means I have to speak to customers daily to see what they need help with in order for me to get them into work.

We have a games room on the 5th floor which is fun.
we have the pier team that organises breakfast Wednesdays, rounders matches and much more

1. be patient as the process is long before you are selected.
2. have an open mind because you will work with different individuals from diverse backgrounds.
3. Being empathetic to the customers and make sure to protect their dignity.
