the job can be enjoyable but can be stress full with the apprenticeship with the time given making it difficult not to fall behind

yes leant how the banking world works in the economy and how credit works

very well as all the resources are easy to find with programs provided
How much support do you receive from your employer?

from TM's as much as they can but there has been times where we had to take no time due to the lines being busy or systems issues making the telephone lines with the time not being provided back.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

The manager is very good at helping me improve my work and the lectures are very helpful and all the support is very nice as this leads me in the right direction.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

the knowledge through studying and the lecture helps me greatly for example complaints time scale is not exclusive to hsbc and all uk banks use the 8 week maximum time scale making it easier for customer not to get mad on the lines for time scales
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

yes there are buzz sessions for weekly reports and team meetings and well being sessions

Would you recommend HSBC to a friend?
Yes
Why?
for the main role yes but for the apprenticeship course take it that you will needs at some point need to do apprentice journal work or studying in you're own time
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to HSBC?
try and fill out as much work while waiting for calls as this will help not fall behind as easy
