I work on tickets of work that contribute to a the development and maintenance of a collection of applications.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I have a lot of enjoyment out of the programme I am on. There are times when it can be stressful and full on due to the nature of full time employment and higher education simultaneously.

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I have learned how to write and test software and continued to improve these skills on a daily basis.

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?

My programme has clear outlined goals and a great support network. The programme is very catered to us in the early years to help us establish our understanding of the structure and how to cope with the added stress.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

There is a lot of help and understanding should I need to voice any concerns or potential struggles I may be having. Everyone is very welcoming and helpful when it comes to me.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

There is support but its a bit different due to the independent nature of university, sometimes it feels like you are left on your own in cases but reaching out can help
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

Like with any role, some things taught at university translate more to my job than others, I will say I have thoroughly enjoyed being able to apply some of the learning in real life situations to help enhance understandings of concepts.
