Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

Continuous monitoring of anomalous behavior within the organization, aiming to defend against any unwanted activities.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

Not an awful lot. Complex information thrown at you, expected to take everything in while working a full time role on top of it. Appointed internal DLC's are too defensive when giving feedback on the course and things don't get better so you just choose to plod on.

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

When starting the course and moving roles internally. We were advised that we wouldn't need to know anything as it would be taught and relate directly to our role - it hasn't

How much support do you receive from your employer?

We get given names of people to contact who can help us with the course - but no details given of what exactly they can assist us with. We don't get direct support relating to the exact topics being taught and expected of us to know
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

In terms of the content, yes we get lots of content given. However, the training provider tells us the company needs to give us hands on experience day2day within our roles to go hand in hand with the course, but the organization expects the provider to teach us it all.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

Qualification doesn't relate directly to role, I could do my job to the exact same high level without doing this course on the side, I could even have more time to do other learning that does actually relate to role through other learning platforms which would be more beneficial

Yes
Why?
As an organization overall yes - they are great, but I would not recommend others to do the course.
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Barclays?
Apply yourselves to BAU and you wiill learn lots.
