Being a BA in Insights building project, my responsibilities include smooth functioning of many aspects of the Business Change Lifecycle or SDLC like including Alignment, Definition, Design, Implementation and Realization and that includes investigating business situations, identifying, and evaluating options for improving business systems, gathering and defining requirements, and ensuring the effective use of Information Systems in meeting the needs of the business and implementing them in a way that maximizes the benefits and minimizes the risks. I need to interact with all other project roles people like Internal and External stakeholders

Programmer is not aligned to out organization and they can not provide us everything according to our course so overall its very misaligned study.

Barclays is big and oldest bank carrying so much abundance of richness , pride in itself and associated with lot of program and ever running projects.
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Barclays?
Be specific and Convert yourself into a learner mode always.
