in my particular situation, my qualification and role on the team are not a perfect match. I do believe that the course has helped to give a further insight and perspective to the roles in the department.

Why?
It is a secure job in a big company, so there are lots of benefits and employees are looked after. Lots of policy in place to protect you. Always looking to improve ways of working and work/life balance. I feel well looked after and supported by my employer.
