Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

In this placement I am assisting the needs of my line manager, sending out emails, making meetings, creating documents to be sent out. I have team meetings to discuss the teams activities and needs. I am responsible for keeping our action tracker up to date weekly.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

So far I have really enjoyed the programme, I have met so many people through the business and my connections are continuing to grow. I feel supported and I enjoy both the learning and the working.
Skills Development
Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I have developed my IT skills across many different toolsets and software, I can now confidently produce records and documents and store them in the correct places, I have also developed my judgement and decision making and independently working.
Structure and Support
How well organised/structured is your programme?

Most of the time the programme is organised, I think sometimes communication gets mixed up, as the business is so big we sometimes get told different things from different people or I feel our skills coaches aren't always 100% sure on some of the information that they provide us with.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

I couldn't ask for more support from any of the line managers I have had, everyone in my team has been so supportive and helpful in me developing as an employee.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

I get lots of support from my training provider, I always receive enough information on what I need to complete courses and assignments and anything I am unsure on they always make sure to help.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

I have gained knowledge through my qualification about businesses and how they work which helps me understand more about my day to day role. However I am unsure if I now perform any differently in this role due to the qualification, I could probably do the same work without the qualification.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

Yes there are lots of networking events, developing skills events and social events available and I have attended a few so far.

Why?
It is a good company that supports you as an employee, I would also recommend the apprenticeship scheme as I think you gain so many opportunities through it to help you develop as an employee.

Be yourself in the interview process, be confident and stay calm.
