I thoroughly enjoy my programme as it allows me to flourish in my role while developing.

I have developed, and learnt many new skills relating to my job, and my qualification throughout my time here including engineering related, customer facing, and colleague skills

It is extremely well structured with 6-month placements allowing me to experience different parts of the company.
