5 6 month placements in which you get to work with different teams and gain real experience.

It has been the best 2 years I could have asked for.

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I have learnt how to use many different softwares which were taught to me by different managers, also really developed my confidence and soft skills.

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?

It is very clearly structured with weekly catch ups with line managers and 90% of the scheme is orgasnised for you.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

Constant support, whether that is work related or other difficulty's.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

Leeds college of Building were excellent in providing feedback for assignments.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

It is mostly relevant to what I do and the other parts are valuable pieces of information to know.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

I play for the Waterloo & City football team, there are also many activities to get involved in.
