Recommendations & Advice

Would you recommend L'Oreal to a friend?
Yes
Why?
I would recommend for the experience gained and the qualifications received, The great team environment.
However at the same time, there's no flexibility given on policies, and also don't expect to be offered a job at the end as this seems to be the standard after talking to everyone over the last 3 years. Pro's and Con's to the company!
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to L'Oreal?
Be yourself, work hard, and have a back up plan for the end of your time here!
