Overview of Role

Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
4/5
Working with clients to expand the number of loans or credit card products on their panels. Also completing analysis for these clients upon request.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
3/5
The programme is quite technical, it covers a wide range of topics. There is plenty of support within the business.

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
4/5
I have learnt how to use SQL, as well as developing my client management skills.

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?
5/5
The programme is extremely well organised. Modules are organised into 10 week blocks with there being a lecture every week for half a day.
How much support do you receive from your employer?
5/5
There is lots of support within the organisation! Both from managers, colleagues within your team and other apprentices/graduates. In addition the early careers team is always willing to help should you need their support!
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
4/5
The support from QA is good, they have weekly drop-in sessions with the tutor where you can go for support with any assignment questions.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
3/5
I would say you pick up a wide variety of technical skills which you can choose to apply if you enjoy using them. Most modules don't directly impact my job role.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
4/5
There is a monthly social that all employees within my business area are able to attend, then we also have team socials every couple of months.
