It involves on a day to day basis to help our customers and try resolve their issues for calling us and learn more about EE
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I enjoy helping out our customers and do whats best like e.g. try to help them save money and do what you think is best for them

It is all on our systems scheduled up so we know what we need to do when we get into the building.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

we recieve feedback of our managers/team leaders and how we can improve and what we can do what is best for the customer
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

we get the support what is needed like example you get 4 weeks training with your team leader learning about the systems and don't rush you into things you don't want to do.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

It helps because even when a certain person needed help your team leader and your team will help you cause that why your a team and will make sure your not behind and they will get you at the level you want to be at and actively listen

In our work we have apprentice events and we learn more about EE and we tell people why u should join EE and the benefits of them joining us and we learn more about EE as a whole

Why?
I would recommend EE to a friend because i had got recommended and the first time i walked in the building i wasn't expecting the things EE do and have accept from mobile phones and broadband and how it is a really good path to go on for your career and the benefits you get from it and work as a team.
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to BT Group?
The advice i would give to others about EE is that you will gain a lot of confidence working here and it is a great environment for school leavers and it is a amazing way to start your carear with us and learn more about what we do.
