As well as an high level of support from management and fellow team members, each placement student was assigned a mentor and given paid mentoring time each month for personal development and support.

What was the company culture and general atmosphere like?
Everyone i had the pleasure of working with was extremely kind and down-to-earth and provided aid and support with whatever i needed.
Lockheed clearly pride themselves on developing each employee as an individual and creating a 'family' environment where everyone respects eachother and takes time to acknowledge each person's strengths to further relationships and make projects more efficient.

I can't speak highly enough of the work I've completed and the teams/individuals that I have worked (and formed relationships) with.
