Overview of Role

Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
5/5
I help deliver the company communications and ensure content supports the CEOs wider company vision. I also help drive and improve employee engagement for the corporate audience.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
5/5
I am really enjoying getting back into learning again and being able to apply any knowledge gained in role to this.

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
5/5
I am still very much learning but organisational skills are high up there!

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?
3/5
It seems to be structured well, but I dont find the amount of sites and websites very easy to follow. It would be better if everything was under one place.
How much support do you receive from your employer?
5/5
Heaps! My Line Manager is brilliant and is giving me the desired time every week to support my learning.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
5/5
Thus far - good!
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
5/5
These go hand in hand. The qualification is giving me exposure to other areas of the business and is helping me learn new skills / areas.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
3/5
Social activites yes - it is my remit to organise them!
Networking events - few a far between but they are there if I want to take part.
