Being a shift manager is having the responsibility of running the shift by setting goals and targets to ensure everyone knows what they are doing to achieve customer satisfaction. Also ensure the safety of the individuals in the workplace.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

It has been enjoyable to learn certain things but there has been some that it quite repetitive and I feel like I’m repeating myself on some as there is a lot of intertwining with topics

Yes by doing this it has allowed me to develop my knowledge and skills of working within a team and a company by knowing more on the trading side of the company and then knowing more on how to communicate with all in the work place ensure they are able to meet the expectations respectfully.

I get the days to complete my leaning and meetings but to be able to do it in my own time don’t get a lot with my work schedule being all over the place
