It was my dream to work at Cisco before I joined, as my Dad worked here before he passed. once I have joined, it is everything and more that I could have wanted. I love working here.

Yes, a mix of hard and soft skills. With ard skills, a deep understanding of networking which is evident as I have got my CCNA, and have been pushed to achieve my CCNP.
Soft skills are a huge part of my jb, and I can see how much they have developed.

Structure and Support

Very, managers are constantly in touch with us to make sure we understand updates and the processes surrounding specific tasks. They are clear in how our program is structured and any changes are consulted and explained with us in detail so we feel comfortable with them.

Regarding QA, they do a good job at providing the work and office hours for us to attend and find out more about the assignments. They also have sessions for us to get feedback and guidance on our work.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
4/5
It gives me a wider understanding of the process and structure of the business world, rather than being narrowed to my specific team.

Yes, 5-a-side, langauge club, social activities throughout the year, networking events up and down the country for us to attend. All enabled through the apprenticeship.
