My role is a Craftsman, I have learned how to joint and will learn how to carry out work on poles. Day to day I go around with my colleagues learning new techniques and they allow me to do some jobs whilst being supervised.

How well organised/structured is your programme?

it is quite well organised, once we had to go to the training school right after college so we didnt get time back in our depots to showcase our skills but apart from that its been good.

in the depot 2 of the guys run a football club every wednesday night, one goes to badminton every monday and at college there is plenty to do too
