Running a shift,delegate the crew,coach them, doing ordering and FSPV, responsible for the cash handling in the store, do the Fire log in a weekly/mo they basis

With this course I'm able to see the business as a bigger picture, I can see the systems in the McDonald's are strongly connected, with this knowledge I can help each system better

Yes
Why?
People can learn more responsibility, learn how to work together as a team. There are opportunities to step higher, to be a crew trainer, manager, assistant manager, BM, there is also an opportunity to do apprenticeship. We provide mental helps too
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to McDonald's?
I would say try to enjoy the time with us while listen and follow our instructions, especially rules about food safety and health and safety. Most of the crew happy to learn new things and we are happy to train.
