Developing, maintaining and automating systems to create efficiency within the workplace whlst also taking on a scrum master role to manage teams workloads and ensure they aren't facing any issues with their tasks and if they are, then helping where I can or reaching out to people who can help.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I thoroughly enjoy my programme as it has really helped me grow both professionally and personally to develop wide transferrable skills.

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I have obtained a new skill of Scrum Mastering. I did not previously have any experience within this side of working however I was able to take on the role and successfully Scrum Master two teams.

BT have been exceptionally supportive and done everything to ensure I am happy and enjoying what I am doing. The have also helped with the university side of things which i am grateful for.
