Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

Network with senior individuals and collaborate with new team members on a selected project. For instance, I work with financial data spreadsheets but other apprentices work in HR or marketing
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I love the programme and had made lots of valuable friendships and working relationships

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?

It is very well structured- a 3 year course split up into 3 rotations (1 per year)
How much support do you receive from your employer?

Bt is very supportive. From the early careers te check ins and the daily calls with my line manager I feel very heard and supported.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

ARU keeps us regularly updated and we are in person once a month. Given majority is online the lecturers are very responsive to emails and any questions.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

The content I learn can be applied to my role and different roles in the workplace and my assignments often link to BT.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

There is a monthly social activity for my floor of work. And there is volunteering days and networking events that are optional to attend.

- be yourself in the interview- they look for personality!
- get work experience before to help your application shine!
- it’s ok to panic and stumble just remain confident in yourself.
